This letter of reference for Ms. Shari Edwards is written with the utmost appreciation of one of the most loyal employees ValCom,Inc. has ever had.  Ms. Edwards was a part of our local team for almost 4.5 years and was very instrumental in the growth of our company.

Edwards wore many hats in our company from director of Public Relations and Investor Relations, handling all stock issuances and correspondence with our Transfer Agent, press releases, communication with shareholders, to representing the company on the road,TV, and radio, as well as EDGARizing our public filings.

For the last three years of Ms. Edwards' employment with ValCom, she was responsible for EDGARizing and filing our documents with the SEC, as she was self-taught in ASCII in just 3 days before filing our 10K.  Her computer skills and communication skills were a huge asset to the company.  Not only could we count on her for press releases, great power point presentations, and handling any situation we put her in, but also in filing any document given to her at the last moment, while also helping us prepare and edit the documents.

I am sure that you will find Ms. Edwards to be a great benefit in working with her on any endeavor, as her loyalty shines through in all that she engages in.  We were disappointed that she did not stay with us, as we moved our business to Las Vegas, but will continue to work with her as the opportunities arise.
